A shared laundry room and level-access garden offer convenient communal facilities, with space to relax, unwind and enjoy time outdoors.

This service is designed with medium to high mental health support needs. This includes people living with complex or enduring mental health conditions, those who may experience periods of crisis, and people who require structured support to sustain their accommodation while developing the skills needed to live.

We support people with complex mental health needs, including those transitioning from inpatient settings or requiring ongoing support to maintain their independence in the community. We carefully assess every referral to ensure Ealing Care Services is the right fit, giving each resident the best possible opportunity to thrive.

We welcome direct applications from potential residents, as well as referrals from local authorities, Community Mental Health Teams, NHS Trusts, hospital discharge teams and other health and social care professionals. Referrals from any local authority are accepted. Applicants with a history of addiction must be actively engaged in a rehabilitation programme before a referral is made and commit to continuing with the programme.
