Iyanla Supported LVG Ltd provides person-centred supported living accommodation and community-based support for adults aged 18 and over.

We support adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, neurodiversity, emotional regulation needs and other conditions that may affect their ability to live independently.

Our aim is to provide safe, comfortable and homely accommodation where each person is treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Support is tailored to the individual’s assessed needs, preferences, risks, abilities and personal goals.

Depending on the agreed support package, we can provide 24-hour staffing, shared background support, individual one-to-one support, waking-night support or sleep-in support.

Our staff help individuals to develop and maintain daily-living skills, including:

• Establishing daily routines • Meal planning and preparation • Shopping and budgeting • Maintaining a clean and safe home • Attending appointments • Accessing education, employment and community activities • Developing social skills and meaningful relationships • Building confidence and greater independence • Maintaining emotional wellbeing • Medication prompting and monitoring

We work closely with commissioners, social workers, community mental health teams, families, advocates and other professionals to provide safe, sustainable and appropriately matched placements.

Iyanla Supported LVG Ltd provides unregulated supported living services. We do not provide regulated personal care or medication administration unless these are delivered through an appropriately registered external provider.
