The resident will have access to a separate shared shower room and toilet. The accommodation is suitable for an adult aged 18 or over who would benefit from a safe, stable and supportive home environment while developing or maintaining their independence.

Iyanla Supported LVG Ltd can provide person-centred, unregulated support based on the individual’s assessed needs and agreed funding package. Support may include emotional wellbeing, maintaining daily routines, tenancy sustainment, budgeting, shopping, meal preparation, attending appointments, community access, developing independent living skills and reducing social isolation.

Support arrangements can be tailored in partnership with the individual, their family, social worker, commissioner and other professionals. We promote dignity, choice, safety, positive risk-taking and greater independence.

Iyanla Supported LVG Ltd provides person-centred, unregulated supported living and community-based support for adults aged 18 and over. We support individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, neurodiversity, emotional regulation needs, social isolation and other support needs that affect their ability to live independently. Our accommodation is designed to provide a safe, stable and homely environment while helping each individual develop greater independence, confidence and daily-living skills. Support is tailored to the person’s assessed needs, preferences, risks, outcomes and long-term goals. Depending on the individual placement, support can include 24-hour staffing, waking-night support, sleep-in support, individual one-to-one hours and shared background support. Our staff can assist with daily routines, meal preparation, shopping, budgeting, maintaining a tenancy, attending appointments, accessing education or community activities, developing social skills, building relationships and maintaining emotional wellbeing. As an unregulated supported living provider, we provide medication prompting and monitoring but do not undertake regulated personal care or medication administration unless this is arranged through an appropriately registered external provider. We work collaboratively with commissioners, social workers, community mental health teams, families, advocates, housing partners and other professionals to achieve safe, sustainable and person-centred placements.
