The room is bright and well presented, with a double bed, wardrobe and storage space, bedside furniture, lighting, laminate flooring and good natural light. Wheel Chair Accessible
The resident will have access to a separate shared shower room and toilet. The accommodation is suitable for an adult aged 18 or over who would benefit from a safe, stable and supportive home environment while developing or maintaining their independence.
Iyanla Supported LVG Ltd can provide person-centred, unregulated support based on the individual’s assessed needs and agreed funding package. Support may include emotional wellbeing, maintaining daily routines, tenancy sustainment, budgeting, shopping, meal preparation, attending appointments, community access, developing independent living skills and reducing social isolation.
Support arrangements can be tailored in partnership with the individual, their family, social worker, commissioner and other professionals. We promote dignity, choice, safety, positive risk-taking and greater independence.
Please note that we do not provide the CQC-regulated activity of personal care. All referrals are considered following an assessment of needs, risks, compatibility and funding arrangements.
